One of the biggest concerns about using Open Source Software (OSS) today is the perceived lack of support. In fact, there are numerous mail lists and message boards where you could get questions answered about various OSS products. However, these lists and boards don't come with guaranteed responses within certain timeframes.

Let Antamis be the interface between you and the OSS user and developer communities that exist and facilitate your community interactions in getting questions answered, bugs posted, bugs fixed, etc. Antamis will provide the support benefits that you expect from commercial software products without the frustration and expense. Antamis will support and maintain any application it develops or any migration effort it performs for you. With several different support and maintenance packages from which to choose, together we will find the one that best meets your needs.

• Work with your staff to diagnose and fix problems.
• Provide trouble ticket tracking.
• Provide a project manager or other point of contact responsible for overall customer satisfaction and escalation.
• Interface with the OSS user and developer Communities to alert you to changes and updates in the product, as well as to changes in the health of the product.
• Be available for enhancements and knowledge transfer sessions, as well as best practice training.

Maintenance

• Develop enhancements and upgrade schedule for 1-3 year program.
• Manage overall project plan for the program.
• Design, implement, test and deploy enhancements and upgrades.
• Support application for bug fixes as described above.
